[freeside-users] freeside 3.1 and mysql database

In basic, go back to psql. We ran into the same issue when testing. The
problem is in the way the mysql parser counts joins. Everything referenced
in CASES and anywhere else each becomes another join. When doing even a bit
of logic it ramps up really fast.
