[freeside-users] Signup gives error when signup_server-realtime is enabled

Hi all
Just to add


I am running version 4.3~git under debian 9 "Stretch". I installed 
freeside using debian packages as in freeside documentation.


I want to Run billing for self-signups immediately, and do not 
provision accounts which subsequently have a balance. That means I 
have enabled signup_server-realtime option in Global configuration as 
per the following procedure in documentation

Go to Configuration -> Settings and click on Edit Configuration

Find and setup the following:

     Set the signup_server-default_agentnum configuration value to a 
default agent number (i.e. 1:Internal).
     Set the signup_server-default_refnum configuration value to a 
default advertising source (i.e. 1:Internal).
     Set the signup_server-payby configuration value to the acceptable 
payment types for signups.
     Set the signup_server-realtime configuration value to run billing 
for signups immediately.



When the signup_server-realtime is enabled I get the following error 
in signup (signup.cgi)

Processing error

There has been an error processing your account. Please contact 
customer support.



When I disable signup_server-realtime  the account gets registered in 
the backend.


I have another system running debian 8 and freeside 4.1. this feature 
works well. We are trying to change to new server with freeside 4.3.

Does anybody has solution to this problem?
