[freeside-users] Freeside deleting radius usergroup entries

Hi All,

I recently upgraded from 2.1 to 2.3.1. (And on the way to upgrade to 2.3.5.)

Now, the radius usergroup entries for users keep getting deleted.
freeside-reexport does not create the missing entries. I have to run
freeside-reexport with -u for each missing user.

Any ideas on what could be going wrong? How do I debug this problem?
