[freeside-users] issue with billing

i'm using freeside 1.9.2 on centos 5.3 with postgre database

i have a prorate monthly package with billing day 1
when i add this package to a customer (say start date 03-19-2010) and 
push "Bill Now" from interface it create an ivoice untill first day of 
next month hour 00:00 (04-01-2010 00:00)
now, if i run
/usr/bin/freeside-daily -d 2010-04-04 fs_daily custnum
it creates an ivoice from 04-01-2010 00:00 to 04-01-2010 01:00, meaning 
it bills the client for an hour
it also modify the pachage next_bill date to 04-01-2010 01:00.

to simplify, i noticed that:
- when i bill the client from interface via "Bill Now" button it bills 
untill 1st of next month 00:00
- when i bill the client from cron via freeside-daily it bills untill 
1st of next month 01:00

how can i correct this?
becouse it happens to bill "only one hour" or "a mounth less one hour"
