to create (New ticket for this customer), this error
shows up:   
X RT Error 
Queue could not be loaded. 

And from freeside_error.log:

not be loaded. ()
(/var/www/html/freeside/rt/Elements/Error:78)

I notice that, Freeside-Appliance and Freeside web
Demo, acting similar when i;ve tried to produce the
error.
