[freeside-users] Self Service Signup.cgi First Package shows only none

Hi,
You  are  supposed  to  create  one   package  definition  at  least.
Packages  are  a bundle  of  one or more services  that you sell  your
clients.  You also  specify  the billing rates etc in the package.
eg you  could  have a  service   called svc_domain  and  another called 
svc_account.
Now you bundle these two together and offer a package called "Super Saver"
 with setup fee at $10, anniversary billing, billing frequency monthly and
recurring fee $19.10

This should now turn up in your signup page. In fact it should  show up
even if you dont configure the signup server.
