Wishlist

Hi,
I cannot find where to add to a wishlist:

1) Global Change for Currency Symbol (For All pages, templates, etc) - some pages do not reflect correct currency symbol (even after changing config)

2) Global Change for Time Format- we South Africans have a hard time understanding MM/DD/YYYY, had to hack the source code of the cgi scripts and templates manually to reflect    --  time2str("%e/%L/%Y", $date);    -- just to get DD/MM/YYYY,    a config file addition to change this on all interfaces and templates would be nice.
