[freeside] error running freeside-setup <username> [ DEFUNCT PROCESSES]

edit /etc/init.d/freeside
and comment out or remove the selfservice machines. (should have something
like 127.0.0.1) in there.
This is a workaround as too many open ssh defunct sessions can hang the
system. and no new processes will open
