[freeside] error running freeside-setup <username> [ DEFUNCT PROCESSES]

Thanks. This works. But now I have hit another
roadblock.

When I start freeside-queued process by invoking
/etc/init.d/freeside, the process starts but I have a
bunch of "[ssh] <defunct>" processes now and their
number keeps on increasing...

Any pointers?
Thank you
