Warning: prerequisite FS::SelfService 0 not found

Greetings'

Got above error when running 'perl Makefile.PL;make;make install" from 
within FS-SignupClient directory after directory copy to external 
machine.  Both modules show to have installed.

Is this an issue of concern?  Did not find any postings on the subject.
