[freeside] Can't add new custmer

Your svc_domain service definition make absolutely no sense and should
probably be removed from that particular package definition.

You need to fix the svc_acct service definition as I described in my
previous message.

I'm sorry, but I probably don't have the time to offer any significant
assistance configuring your specific installation.
