Help Desk support availabilty in freeside ?

Hi,

I was curious if there is any support for the reseller agents to keep track of common problems and issues with thier customers?  Also is a way to have these problem or issues sent to reseller agent's email?  Would I have to get a seperate help desk type program?  Thanks in advance.
