Account Limiting

I was looking through the latest Freeside and I didn't see how to do this
so I thought I would ask. Is it possible to set a dial-up plan, for
example, to be limited to say 300 or 150 hours per month and then have the
system automatically suspend the account once that limit was reached until
the first of the month?
