Running freeside-queued always returns warning

Everything is running just fine but I do get a warning everytime I run any freeside scripts and I was wondering if anyone has came across the same thing.  Running as user freeside I ran the command:

$freeside-queued mike

Name "main::DATA" used only once: possible typo at   line 264. 

The script runs without error and everything seems to be working fine so I'm happy but curious why this is happening.
