mason error: Unknown table agent

I commonly get this type of error when adding something from the 
configuration section (services, packages, agents etc etc).  The table 
name varies, however, it seems to work ok when I reload the page.  I'm 
testing this on a staging system until I get the feel for how the 
install goes, and other first time configuration tasks.
