Sorry for being so prevalent these days... Just trying to iron out all my little bugs before I go production(sort of)

Since I upgraded to rc5 I noticed this now when I try to provision a new domain...
The domain does not exist in the database and is spelled correctly. I did not have this issue until I upgraded to rc5
Any ideas?

Error: couldn't insert record for new domain: Illegal recaf:
