1.4.1beta2 (test for 1.4.1 release)

This is intended to be a maintenance release and should be a drop-in
replacement for 1.4.0.

Changes since 1.4.1beta1:
  - Fixes for Mason compatibility
  - "emailinvoiceauto" implementation rewritten to work properly, stop
    overwriting existing invoice destinations
  - freeside-expiration-alerter no longer aborts on empty expiration
    dates.
