problem installing

hi,
iam trying to install freeside 1.4.0.
the problem iam getting when i enter
%bin/fs-setup 
is that it says
Not running uid freeside! at bin/fs-setup line 21.

My setup details are as follows:
Operating system:Redhat linux 7.3
HTML-Mason 1.05
Apache 1.3.26
Postgresql 7.2.1
mod_ssl 2.8.9
mod_perl 1.27
I have installed all the perl modules required without any
errors.
i also checked the archives but could not find this problem.

did this happen to anyone?
