[freeside] freeside-queue dies

If they're problems besides the ones decribed in ticket #300
http://pouncequick.420.am/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=300 (specifically the
"all customers", "all accounts" and "all packages"  searches and
derivitives are broken) then I'd be interested in hearing about them "for
the record", but the MySQL community seems to have lost interest in
contributing support.
