[freeside] Trouble with /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow export

Did you run bin/svc_acct.export ?

Did the files show up in /usr/local/etc/freeside/export.(datasource)/ ?

Can you ssh as the freeside user on your freeside machine to
root at ns1.oneeighty2.net without a password?
