svc_www.cgi is missing.

 Hello everybody,
 Well I downloaded the freeside-1.3.1 and I installed it on a pilot 
machine in order to examine it and then after that install it on the 
productive servers but as I tried to find svc_www.cgi to add www service 
in one of the custopmers that I created the script was missing. I tried 
to find out on CVS but I found nothing.
 Does anybody knows where I can find that cgi script or if somebody has 
it can send it to me personally ?
