Overall, seems fairly straight forward.

Question 1: is there a way of adding a new svc_acct type to a customer
without having to select a domain?

I turned domsvc to off in svc_acct and it still seems to require a domain.

Question 2: is there a script written yet to input svc_www?  
Also, could the svc_www methods and table fields just be include into
svc_domain?
