This is May 1st, 2085.  I don't know how you got bad data in the system
like that.  Here's some possibilities:

- Customer #32 has a package with a manually edited and impossible next
bill date. 

- Customer #32 has a package with a manually edited and impossible setup
date.

- Customer #32 has a package with a definition that includes an absurly
large frequency.

- Your Date::Parse library is out of date or otherwise broken and is
parsing `1/jan/02' incorrectly.
