freeside problems

We are having trouble running the freeside-bill command and am wondering why. 
 It was working fine, and our tech., as far as he can tell, has done nothing 
to cause this.  He thinks it started when he tried entering in January 2002 
instead of December 2001 bills.  Here's the output.  Thanks.
