./fs-setup Problems.

I've been going through the lengthy installation procedure, to come to running ./fs-setup to find I get a problem as follows.

ERROR: PQconnectdb() - Missing '=' after 'freeside' in conninfo
 at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/FS/UID.pm line 69
DBI->connect error: ERROR: PQconnectdb() - Missing '=' after 'freeside' in conni
nfo                                          

--

I've looked within UID.pm at line 69 and I can't work it out myself.. 

Any ideas? ..
