[freeside-users] Error on new customers since upgrade to 4.3

Thanks Nathan,

I did find some issues with Templates, my templates were not showing up in
the GUI, looking in the database they did exist in the "template_content"
table. I created a new template in the GUI and when looking at the link
from "template_content" back to "msg_template", the old template entries in
this table had 'agentnum' and 'msgclass' set to null, setting these with a
valid agentnum and msgclass (as the newly created entry had), the old
templates showed back up in the GUI.

Hopefully will know for sure tomorrow when processing some customers.
