[freeside-users] Packages do not provision services

After reinstalling with a new version that came out last night, the 
ability to add packages when creating a customer came back ... except it 
didn't work like before.  Also, I clicked those links you mentioned and 
the system acts like it has provisioned services, but it doesn't.  One 
day it works the next day it doesn't.  Oh well.  Thanks for you help.
