[freeside-users] Setting up Debian 9.8

Hello Nathan,

I have been trying out your wiki.


Running the "Initialize the RT tables:" part and the "Run the script as 
the freeside user:" pats is returning the following"


"FS::part_event::Condition::payby is disabled; skipping"

Is that something I should be concerned with?
