[freeside-users] Certbot Problem

 I updated the SSL cert using EFF's Certbot, afterwards the selfservice web
server started showing

Software error:

not running as the freeside user
Compilation failed in require at /var/www/selfservice/selfservice.cgi line 26.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
/var/www/selfservice/selfservice.cgi line 26.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster at localhost), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.

>From all appearances it looks as though certbot changed how suexec works.
Though I'm not 100% sure.
