Hello Dhaniels,

Most things in Freeside cannot be deleted as it will break historical
reporting and is in general bad accounting practice.  Imagine trying to
run a historical report on customers that had a specific package but
the package was deleted, there would not be anything to run the report
on.

If you want to start from scratch you will need to be sure to make a
backup in case this turns out to not be what you want to do, stop all
of the Freeside services as well as Apache, drop the freeside database,
follow the Freeside installation guide from the step where the database
gets created and continue to the end of the install guide to get the
initial structure and data in place.
