[freeside-users] Not able to add vendor payable entries

We are configuring vendor master, and created vendors.  But we are not able enter their invoice entries.  It shows folloowing error.
Not Found

The requested URL /freeside/edit/vend_bill.html was not found on this server.
ADDRESS:

We tried from Freeside Demo account.  But got following similar error.
