[freeside-users] Upgrade by Source from FS 3.6/RT4.0.22 fails

Running FS 3.6/RT4.0.22

Trying to Upgrade to FS 4.0-1 (Already tried 4.2 and it failed the same)

Following the how-to here

When running /opt/rt3/sbin/rt-setup-database --dba freeside 
--prompt-for-dba-password --action upgrade

I get

DBIx::DBSchema version 0.44 required--this is only version 0.4 at 
/usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2/FS/Schema.pm line 6.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at 
/usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2/FS/Schema.pm line 6.

etc

Which is obvious that the Schema for RT is too old import but how do I 
upgrade from RT 4.0.22  to anything and keep my RT data ?
