[freeside-users] Freeside 4.0 released

I am excited to announce the release of Freeside version 4.0.

Version 4 is a major new version representing several years of 
development.  Significant new features include:

- New UI for customer view and edit pages
- Support for taxation services (Suretax, Billsoft and Avalara)
- Customers can have multiple cards on-file
- Scalability and performance improvements
