[freeside-users] login problems on fresh install

Hi all,

I did a fresh install as per the debian 8 install instruction for freeside 4

Added a user

Now when I try to login with the correct username/password I get incorrect username / password

The apache2 error log states  :

[warning]: failed auth admin from 10.150.30.193 (/usr/share/perl5/FS/AuthCookieHandler.pm:23)

What could it be ?
