If you're interested in adding it, you could.

We're not building package for Ubuntu at this time, we're building 
packages for Debian 7 and 8.

If you would like to contribute code toward package builds for Ubuntu, 
we would certainly be happy to accept patches or git pull requests, host 
an auto-builder and the repository.

We'd also be happy for commercial sponsorhip on ports to new OSes, 
including Ubuntu.  Ubuntu would be significaly less work than RPM-based 
distributions as it is Debian-derived.  Feel free to contact me off-list 
if anyone is interested in that.

We've done some Platypus data imports commercially that have code which 
could possibly be adapted, but we haven't written a public tutorial or 
have anything turnkey to release.
