[freeside-users] Upgrade path question

Hello folks.

I'm getting ready to upgrade our live 2.3.5 install to 3.1.

Are there any caveats going straight from 2.3.5 to 3.1? I did a test
upgrade on a VM copy of our live database back when 3.0 first rolled out. I
did eventually get it to work, but not without some database cleanup.

Our current setup is FS 2.3.5/Pg 8.4.5/Perl 5.10 on x64.
