[freeside-users] migrate services / packages from svc_broadband to svc_cable

Hi,

I started billing with svc_broadband because svc_cable didn't exist a 
while ago.
I just noticed that svc_cable is more appropriate for my service (cable 
internet) :)

Is there a procedure to migrate the services from svc_broadband to 
svc_cable and have the packages also updated to be linked to svc_cable?

I'm trying to avoid a manual change and lose the start dates and package 
change dates etc.
