[freeside-users] Installing 2.3.3 - Perl ver issue

RPMForge has the perl-Locale-SubCountry yum package, version 1.41. You
might try that before getting too carried away with a second perl install.

Grab the appropriate yum repo RPM from here -
http://pkgs.repoforge.org/rpmforge-release/   (you're looking for EL6).
