[freeside-users] Large patch set 1/3 (MyAccount.pm, domains, RADIUS, exports, and other fixes)

Attached is part of a (unfortunately mixed together and not very clean) set of patches I've developed since 1.7.3 and which we shoved manually into our recent 2.1.0 upgrade, but haven't gotten around to submitting to the project yet. 

The attached covers:

1. MyAccount.pm: 
-Return paymask as payinfo for CHEK/DCHK
-Fix part_pkg fields overwriting other identically-named stuff in the hash in list_pkgs
-Add some svc_acct fields in list_svcs

2. Domains: 
-Add TTL support
-Add SRV record support
-domain_sql.pm: fix export bug in delete
-svc_domain.pm: some of us need forward slashes in zone names for the hack known as RFC2317 :) - change regexp in check to allow them

3. RADIUS:
-The correct table name is radusergroup, not usergroup - fixed bug everywhere
-Add callingstationid, acctterminatecause, nasipaddress, and nasportid fields
-Fix misc time formatting bug

4. www_shellcommands.pm - fix misc/trivial export bugs
