[freeside-users] package price issue

i have a package with 43$ VAT includded recurring fee.  (19% VAT)
if i setup package recurring fee to 36.13$ (without VAT) it will invoice 
customers for 42.99$
if i setup package recurring fee to 36.14$ (without VAT) it will invoice 
customers for 43.01$

doing some math i found the reason for this:
36.13 x 1.19 = 42.9947   wich is rounded to 42.99
36.14 x 1.19 = 43.0066   wich is rounded to 43.01

the correct amount would be 36.134 :
36.134 x 1.19 = 42.99946 wich would be rounded to 43.00
but i cant set price to 3 digit precision, or do i?

how can i make the sistem to invoice this package with the correct 
recurring fee (43.00$ VAT includded) ?

using 1.9.2 with postgre
