[freeside-users] Getting error adding Invoice Event

Adding the reason on Invoice event I get an error
Error: Invalid
newsreasonT 

For example
Event Name: Lock Non Pay
For: Billing
At: 15 days
Test Event: Daily
Action:
Suspend

Reason:  Choose add New then inputted Past Due
Balance
(I have no default reasons lsied)

Bang comes back
error: 
Error: Invalid newsreasonT 

Any Ideas?
