[freeside-users] upgrading 1.7.0 to 1.7.2, freeside-upgrade and dbdef-create problem

I've also encoutnered this weirdness; since that table hasn't been used 
in ages, I removed it, so this should be fixed in 1.7.3.

That certainly does sound like the freeside-upgrade script did not 
finish.  :)
