I am trying to create a new service, the reason why I ran the
dbdef-create is that ivan has referenced that util asking if it helps
when discussing this error

I am running debian 3.1, apache 1.3, basically I installed debian, and
then ran the install for freeside, found a few missing perl modules and
installed them

this is not a production system at all, this is a new out of the box
setup

freeside queued is not running
