[freeside-users] Lost of section "Billing type" under signup.cgi

Dear all,

I have set up the Signup, self-service and reseller interfaces. 

However, when I compared to the online demo, I found that there is no "Billing type" section under my "signup.cgi" page. 

Without this section, I can't perform self-signup. Any pointers will be much appreciated. Thank you very much.
