[freeside-users] Printing Outstanding Invoices

Not knowing the ins and outs of freeside code yet...

Does the problem lie within the Web.pm module itself??

Nope.  Its a problem with emailing them as well.  I may be interested in 
taking over the 1.6x branch backport.  Ivan, I will contact you next 
week after I get back from my canoe trip.
