[freeside-users] RT error from link "New Ticket"

Hi,

I've installed freeside 1.5.7 with RT 3.2.2 and the both work great but 
there's an error when I try to add a new ticket from the freeside interface.

On my customer page, I click on the Web Link called "New Ticket for this 
customer" and I obtain the following : RT error / Queue could not be loaded.

Any ideas ?
