Bonjour Sameh,

I don't believe that my problem is in relation with this table 
"cust_main_county" because this one is for the taxes and not for the 
Region like "rate_prefix, rate_detail and rate_region"

My problem is not to know how to insert some datas into my database but 
What are the datas to insert for the "Add Region" action. This action is 
in relation with "Add Rate Plan".
