[freeside-users] problem with viewing outstandig invoices

I have checked and the file: 
/usr/local/etc/freeside/cache.DBI:Pg:dbname=freeside/invoice.114.xCh38ig1.tex 
does exist.

In fact all the files in the table exist.

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.
