Business::OnlinePayment::HTTPS is a base class for HTTPS-using gateways, 
such as Business::OnlinePayment::OpenECHO, B::OP::SecureHostingUPG, 
and B::OP::eSelectPlus.  It isn't used by itself.

Business::OnlinePayment::HTTPS isn't something you'd use directly with 
Freeside.
