Where exactly does FS connect to the voip database for the call detail
records?  I've examined the sources, and I still don't have any idea. 
I'm not sure if it's suppose to be in the FS database itself (which
makes little sense to me right now), or how it connects to the remote
database (where the voip cdr's are stored).  Is this using the same
format asterisk is using for cdr in their csv files? (I loaded a mysql
table from the Master.csv file).  And if it's local, I assume it
expects this in the radacct table?  Do I just import them to FS's
freeside.radacct table?
